Chiropractic care is a natural form of health care that focuses on maximizing the integrity of both the nervous system and musculoskeletal system through a hands-on approach. If there is irritation to the nerves or a fixation in the joints you may experience pain and decreased range of motion. A Chiropractic adjustment serves to restore functional movement in the joints, remove nerve impingement and restore muscle balance.

Active Release Technique (ART), is a specialized soft tissue technique that involves identifying muscle and fascial tension and mobilizing them with a combination of pressure and patient movement. It is commonly used to treat repetitive strain injuries, sports injuries and other conditions that result in soft tissue damage and pain.

Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS) or Dry Needling Dry needling is a medical treatment use for pain and movement issues associated with myofascial trigger points. With this approach, a certified provider inserts thin needles into or near your trigger points. The needles stimulate your muscles, which causes them to contract or twitch. It helps to release tight and painful muscles, increase blood flow and pain relieving hormones.

Custom made orthotics can be helpful to correct biomechanical imbalance, provide cushioning & support, and for postural corrections. An assessment and scan are done on this visit. Typically your insurance will require a medical doctor's prescription for reimbursement. We will provide lab report, biomechanical assessment and invoice. Direct billing IS NOT available for orthotics.
